Welcome back. This is the part of the locker room where you can sit and chat and chill for a while without offending or being shushed. Maybe you wanna watch a dvd or listen to your mp3. Yes, I rhymed. Something on your mind, post it! Random question, ask it? Hijacking is allowed and encouraged. Join the party, troll around, have a beer. It's cool. All are welcome, but please leave all BS in the hall.

Hola, frieeeends!

I had such a fun last couple of days...we cashed in our All-Star Club Suite tickets for Monday's game (the M's suck, but man, that softened the blow). They had prime rib, a zucchini/onion/summer squash mix, roasted baby potatoes, any type of dinner roll you can imagine, seared scallops (I wanted some SO bad but I didn't want to chance it...one scary allergic reaction per month is plenty for me, thanks), Caesar salad, Greek salad, Caprese salad, some other kinds of salad, an Artisan cheese board, and a huge plate of fruit (raspberries, cherries, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, watermelon, honey dew, and cantaloupe). Then all the ballpark foods that you get on the concourse like hot dogs, pizza, popcorn....and even some things you can't get anymore - like fresh roasted peanuts! And of course a dessert bar...with soft serve, toppings, cheesecake, brownies, cookies, sponge cake, and I don't even know what else...I tried to avoid that one. Besides, I was reloading my platters-o-fruit. All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink of all of that? Might make up for the price of tickets if we decide to do it again on our own dime.

Then we went on a Centurylink Field tour....pretty awesome, but to be honest I think I could have done a better job than the tour guide. She didn't know much about the history or the team or many fun facts that are interesting to fans and tourists. Also, when we went to where they raise the 12th Man Flag she didn't even tell us where we were (though I knew), and we had people in the tour group later ask if we were going to see it. It was kinda weird...but there were high points.

Also went shopping down in SoDo. I bought a shirt! I never buy clothes for me! It has a Seahawks logo on it and it says "Talent Scout". I heart it.

So I have an old PSP I got when they first came out. I haven't really used it much in the last couple years at all. So last night courtesy of the interwebs, I found out how to customize the firmware and upload old console emulators. Last night I got the NES up and running and spent the last 2 hours of my night playing Baseball Stars and Super Mario Bros. 3..
Next up, Genesis, SNES and Atari

I LOVED baseball stars!!  Favorite game! I used to "rig" my teams so that EVERY player has 14's and 15's for strength.....game would be over in the first!

Afternoon Q'ers!  After a 6 month absence, Opening Lines to Songs is back! (http://www.faniq.com/poll_results.php?poll_id=1459467&rnum=#new).  Have fun with it!

Dreary day here in NJ...rainy, muggy....

Here's today's pic...enjoy! (this one's for teach)

Happy Hump Day!

Landed on Judge Judy again.  Hahaha, these kids have their lips double pierced and she keeps asking them to repeat themselves.

I'm making spaghetti with squash.  I thought about it, verbalized it, Rob made a face.......made my decision.  I love a challenge!!
In case he doesn't like it,  I'm also making an apple cake.   Passive aggressive with a twist.

Cleared the dvr last night, watched Person of Interest,  Ray Donovan and Low Winter Sun.   Love RD, jury still out on LWS.

You'll be delighted to know I spent about an hour on facetime with my neph getting him a russel wilson jersey, matching gloves, hat & shorts because DangeRuss walks on water and poops ice cream <--- that last part is NOT up for debate btw.

On a related note we saw  R. Kelly (dressed like a lunatic) buying a 100 pair of sneakers. My niece, " OMG, those weird guys have 3 shopping carts full of shoes n stuff?!"

Good times, good times...

If we all showed such restraint, there would never any posts in F/E.
