F/E 11.12.13 (Edited 11/12/13 12:23PM by kobe_lova)

Welcome back. This is the part of the locker room where you can sit and chat and chill for a while without offending or being shushed. Maybe you wanna watch a dvd or listen to your mp3. Yes, I rhymed. Something on your mind, post it! Random question, ask it? Hijacking is allowed and encouraged. Join the party, troll around, have a beer. It's cool. All are welcome, but please leave all BS in the hall.

*I just realized why they call it catfishing! But anyway, my sister told me that if we joined farmersonly.com, that would be considered catfishing. I told her nope, we could just be farmer groupies! farma lovas. she thought that was funny. I was quite serious :|.
*Went for my PT first visit. He knows I plan on doing very little to aid in my own treatment but he was cool about it, and kinda cute. I go for first real session on Thursday.
*Publix online will tell you what coupons you need based on your grocery list, where to get them, and how much you will pay after sale price and coupons are applied. I wish I'd known that more than 5 min before I was going to the store. They are great, and I still did a lil couponing there and at Target for the first time ever. It was pretty cool, cept I've not even seen a circular from a newspaper this year, I dont think. Aint nobody got time for that.... yet. Oh, and I like Publix's digital coupons thing though. fansay.

cause yall cared about my trip to the grocery store. :/

*SharpSquare, don't think travis matte didn't make it to the playlist. :) and that swamp frenchmen probably would've too if I knew who that was.
*Mountain Dew Kickstart in the red can is purrty damn good.

Sorry I have been absent.  I did not bring a Dr. note.

In other news...

My eldest is pregnant again.  Just told me an hour ago that I get to be a Grandma again.  I'm sure at some point I will be excited.  Now, I am pissed off and disappointed.   FFS, birth control is readily available, common sense is just not.

Day 14 of no smoking.  What doesn't kill us, makes us b*tchy. ^^^^  I was all like this

Now I just want to break something.
I'm in the middle of an East Bound and Down DVR marathon.  heart

Yup.

2013 NFL season... ha!

Braves are moving. I see how it's going to be.

Kings, win tonight.

Alabama---> BEAT AUBURN!

NCAA Men's basketball is cranking up, come on Q bucks.

I want to buy something with my Q bucks, speaking of them.  I'll go 1.5 million Q pesos towards the Rogs' Reprieve Fund.

I Can't Bear This Itch... I get this.

12 Days a Slave.......go see it. I don't know why it shocks me to see people treat people the way they do......look at our history.

The Voice is pretty good. I like the little girl on Christina's team, the Duck Dynasty look alike, and the guy with the Wesley Snipes from New Jack City hairdo. The rest are good, too, but those are my favs.

Kings on the road = me trolling on Twitter......fun times.

Happy Tuesday Folks,

-It snowed last night.  Like a lot more than the weatherman called for.  Cray, right?

-D Rose and the Bulls improved to 3-3 after beating the Cavs last night.

-Blackhawks just keep rollin’ rollin’ rollin’…

-Bears…..not talking about them.  My Irish either.

-Dinner last night was homemade potato soup with bacon, green onions, peas, carrots, spinach, and seasonings like a mofo.

-Sprained my ankle at flag football.  Ya boy played through the pain, though, and had the game winning TD catch.

-Basketball league starts next week.  I’m more excited than Nick at a Justin Beiber concert with unlimited free Zima and Jolly Ranchers.

28 degrees here and we got some snow yesterday!   angry crying

Bulls beat Cleveland to move to 3-3 on the year.

Still not 100% from that Bronchitis, sinus & chest infection that I came down with 2 weeks ago.  The Predisone and Antibotics seem to be working, just really slow.  I feel fine, just not at 100% yet.

It's ridiculous how expensive Chicago Sports tickets are, well, except for the White Sox and Chicago Wolves (IHL Hockey). I was looking for tickets to the Thursday night Hawks-Coyotes game because they are giving away a replica Stanley Cup ring to the first 10,000 fans and the site that i went to was not isolated to just games in Chicago, so, I was seeing where tickets to see Chicago play in Dallas were like $38-$40.  In Phoenix, they were in the $30 range. SJ was somewhere around $40.  Not here! The cheapest seat in Chicago is about $70!!  And that's face value.  5 years ago, I had partial season tickets. 10th row in the 300 level, directly behind the visitors goalie, and the seats were $35 a piece.  Now, they go for $86.  Hell, Standing Room Only are going for close to $60-$65.  RIDICULOUS!

Whoah! Alright! - The Rapture

Oh, the sun drenched French girls wont relate to
A frozen glare from the northern state
Dreamin of fat happy babies kicking ladies in the metro now

And the mirrors wont sing back divine
Be it choppin your air or choppin a line
But you laugh-crack-up they laugh-crack-up and smile

Whoo! Alright, lets fall apart and the clock starts here and now
Tick tick tick tick tick tick, ow!

She said your allegory is far too blunt
I said this ain't no laboratory, you're the c**t
She said I'm emotional distance, it doesnt rhyme
Or resonate brilliance in its time
But is it lyrical genius or crap rock poetry?
I say the lineage runs Morrison, Patti Smith, then me

But maybe the reason we're so uninspired
is cuz the hours late and the bodies are tired,
I think everybody here can agree
That a party aint great cuz the booze is free
Naw, free spirits aint setting no one's spirit free

Yeah, uh huh, I'm fallin apart and the clock stops here and now
Tick tick tick tick, ow
Wind it up now!

People don't dance no more, (what!)
They just stand there like this, (uh huh)
They cross their arms and stare you down and drink and moan and diss (that's right!)
People don't dance no more (uh huh)

Is this a baited question?   wink

He's out this week with a high ankle sprain.

And, Peanut TIllman is done for the regular season with a torn Tricep….He would be eligible to return for the 1st round of the playoffs…….if that ends up being something here in Chicago.

If Emery is as smart as he seems to be, Tillman will be a BEAR until HE is ready to retire.

We all know and have seen how horrible Bowman and the rest of the backups have been when Tillman has been out.

The problem is the Salary Cap!  Tillman carried cap charges of $6.46 million in 2011, $7.97 million in 2012 and $8 million in 2013.

Ouch!  I'm not sure if he's willing to come back getting paid less than he has?  This sucks! frown

And, for the record, I loathe the whole "man cave" label……it is the most ridiculous, idiotic label that I can remember being created and when I hear someone, I know, reference their room/garage/whatever as one, it makes me want to karate chop them in the throat and ask them if they still think they are in some stupid college Frat House.

Then, again, those that call their little room a "man cave" probably resemble the characteristics of someone that should probably be in some sort of a cave to begin with.  lmao

I'd post a gift of said detailed description....Speaking of gif, what did we decide for Wednesdays?  I'm going to have some free time tomorrow and would love to participate.

I'm in the middle of an East Bound and Down DVR marathon.  heart

The Voice, not Blakes year.

Your "MISC" is hysterical!

Misc.: Once shot a man just for snoring... National President of the "Kappa Jackson Phi" fraternity... Widely considered the originator of the "High-5"... Driving creative force behind the band "Ready for the World"... Walks on water, sh**s ice cream... Probably a father, definitely an icon.

Ash, AHS is awesome.  We're hooked.  And I'd pay $5,000 to hear Kate Mara fart thru a walkie-talkie.

So now that the crazy has somewhat subsided...

I'm thinking of auctioning off my kid, and here's why:
1 - I'm fairly certain she's hidden some Halloween candy somewhere, and I can't find it. She's been hyper and crazy. Add that to her tween moodiness and I don't know how much longer we'll survive in this house together...and I'm stronger. Plus, I have my husband on my team.

2 - I think she tried to permanently paralyze me last night. She *said* she was trying to help, but here's how it went...when my back starts its spasms, I lay down and do stretches for it, and sometimes it works. I was doing my stretch on the left side, and that little sh** came over and held my right shoulder down and pushed my knee to the ground like a WWE wrestler. Here's the thing - I'm pretty flexible, and I actually am able to usually lie with my shoulders flat on the ground and twist to where my bent knee touches the floor beside me. But, not when I'm having back spasms. It f**king HURT! I almost threw up. She felt awful (or so she says). I'm still sore today.

3 - She woke me up this morning (after a fitful night of sleep due to HER BREAKING MY F**KING BACK), by singing What's the Fox Say.

4 - She just told me she's a huge Miami Heat fan.

It's one of those weird kid bandwagon things - all the kids here are "huge" Heat fans since the championship or something, I dunno. So, I guess she wants to fit in. Now she's DVR'ing the games and I keep deleting them (they take up a lot of room!) and she keeps getting mad at me. Bleh.

She should be punished, not because of the candy overdosing or your back spasms, but the f**king Heat? really?
