Seattle has been an overachiever the past couple years, and the Rams have been underachievers.  I think they swap, but Arizona finally takes the West.  And to no one's surprise, the Wild Card does NOT come from this division.

The past 3-4 years I have been thinking the Cards are going to do something then they fall flat. Is it the coaching, players or is that franchise just cursed? Outside of that, I would not be surprised if the Rams rebound from last year and have a solid season.

Seattle have owned this division and they will do it again. They have a very good QB. RB isnt bad. The rams by far have the best and the most consistent RB. Cardinals might get the wildcard

Seahawks take it - Cards surprise people and come in a close second... don't see the Rams anywhere but last. The Niners, who knows?

Julius Jones will return to fantasy football stardom with his QB Matt Hasselback.

I think the Seahawks will still win the division. Since this appears to be Mike Holmgren's last year I think the players are really going to try and give him one more division championship and make one more deep run int he playoffs. I suspect that the defense will continue too improve this year, and the running back situation seems to have been worked out as well. I expect the Rams to finish second followed by the 49ers and Cardinals.
