I prefer to stay in and eat in my office. It's quiet, less expensive, and tends to be healthier. Plus I work in downtown Detroit where it's congested and difficult to park. BUT if I think my boss is going to have me work over lunch I will always duck out.

I go home for lunch since I live 10 minutes away. That way I save money on food.

If we had an hour-long lunchbreak, I'd go home most of the time, but 30 minutes is barely enough time to run out and get something to eat, unless we're slow, in which case I figure screw it, they won't miss me if I'm back 15 minutes late. I always eat at my desk though, and never in the breakroom because I like the peace and quiet of my desk. No one bothers me there, and there's no obligation to talk to someone like there is in the breakroom. Lunch/dinner time is MY time.

The office is home...and if I eat lunch it's here.

I use my lunch hour during the school year to pick my child up at school and take her home. When school is out I use it to come home and fix her lunch and staighten the house because I am always running late in the mornings and don't have time to do it before I leave.

If I'm not eating with my family for lunch, I'll get take-out and take it back to the office, so I can get on FanIQ. LOL

They almost lost a series to the 7 seed Chicago Bulls with a total of 7 overtimes in that one series against the Bulls and you think that they are playing their best game ever.

Practice makes perfect they say.  I guess I should have rephrased and said Chicago was off their game.  Anyway I am cheering on the Nuggets to take the whole enchalada.

Right now the Denver Nuggets do look really good. They just destroyed the Hornets easily and now are about to take care of the Mavs. The only question is who eill win between them and the Lakers
#25 | 1479 days ago

I hope the celts can hold on

Of course the Nuggets.  I'm from Colorado, so I have to say that.  I love to cheer my local teams on and I really do think they could take it all.  If not there is always another season for every team out there.

I think the Celtics are too tired from playing the Bulls. I think the Magic take not only this game but the series because if they barely beat the Bulls it will be a much harder competition against the Magic. Also with KG out Dwight Howard will dominate the Celtics

SHOW ME THE MONEY DWIGHT HOWARD!!! This series may come down to the Celtics bench. Eddie House will have to make his 3's count this series and Ray Allen has to show up. I expect many  3's in this series. Lewis will be the x-factor, will he be sitting pretty and just chunk 3 after 3 or will he use the post skills he found in the series last game against the 76ers. Dwight must not let Kendrick Perkins bother him with rough hard fouls. If the Magic can show toughness (which they seem to lack sometimes) expect them to win the series......Magic take game 1 barely but i'm not sure about the series. I'm going out on the limb and saying Orlando Magic game 1 win!!

I know this is Game Comments for Boston vs Orlando, but looks like a blowout, so to answer your question...

...As long as Chauncey Billups stays healthy, he can help lead Denver over the Lakers.   The Nuggets are playing with a tremendous amount of confidence and have a lot of depth - the Nuggets would be underdogs vs Kobe and the Lakers, but they can do it!  Go Nuggets!!!!

Boston is done... The winner out of the East will be Cleveland or Orlando...
#33 | 1479 days ago

ouch the celts are killing me looks like -80
#34 | 1479 days ago

(Edited by fiyafita)
VERY PISSED OFF AT DWIGHT HOWARD.....YOU LET YOUR TEAM SHOOT ALL THOSE BAD SHOTS IN THE 4TH QTR AND YOU JUST STOOD THERE AND WATCHED THEM, AS A LEADER OF THE TEAM YOU DEMAND THE BALL AND YOU GO GET BUCKETS....YOU DONT WATCH YOUR TEAM GIVE AWAY A 28 POINT LEAD. ORLANDO LACKS TOUGHNESS AND ITS BECAUSE OF HOWARDS LEADERSHIP. YOU HAVE TO GO HARD OUT THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ON THE  ALL NBA 1ST TEAM. CELTICS WILL GET THEIR SWAGGER BACK AND TAKE THIS SERIES FROM THE MAGIC IF HOWARD DOES HIS 4TH QTR DISAPPEARING ACT AGAIN, BARKLEY SHAQ KOBE MALONE JORDAN AND ALL THE GREATS WOULD NOT GO THE LAST 4 MINUTES AND NOT TOUCH THE BALL WITH YOUR TEAM AGAINST THE ROPES. MAN UP DWIGHT AND TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR TEAM!!
#35 | 1478 days ago

Good! I wanted Orlando to win. For points sake i went with BOS spread, but seeing them lose is better than -80. =)
#36 | 1478 days ago

Get those Celtics Orlando, show the Magic!
#37 | 1478 days ago

Though we lost against against the Magic, we are still sure to win the series. We know they have a strongh team, but we the best, en we are going to triump over them. Is just that we were not in form. We are sure to play better the next game. Go Celtics Go. We the best
#38 | 1478 days ago

Ahhhhh, missed the final by 2 points !!

I strongly agree w/ streetballer on this one. Magics taking it in 5. The Magic has too much debth and the Celtic's have too many injuries, and without their moral leader in support  playing on the court(K.G) they look lost and confused. They don't look like the 2008 NBA Champions, they look like the  2009 Eastern Conference second round disappointment.

Well it wasn't a romping like Denver and Mavericks.  Hopefully they will be rested up for the next go around.
