Do you prefer following TV shows by watching them live each week, recording them, or buying them? (Edited 12/14/06 06:54PM by Seth)
I have found that scheduling my life around TV is ridiculous and impossible. I am enjoying more and more the option of buying them on DVD later and watching them at my leisure. Of course, TiVo is out there too....

I have gotten to the place I really don't watch too much TV, but when I do I prefer to watch it as it airs.

The only TV I watch on a regular basis is sporting events... and the occassional Law and Order. I've found when it comes to shows like South Park, it's easier just to wait until the DVDs come out... that way I don't have to go crazy trying to be home to watch each new episode like I did when I was younger.

I do all three. But for the shows I'm caught up on I try to catch the live show but if I can't, then Tivo it is-which always ends up being better b/c I can fast forward through the commercials. But I also do the DVD thing for the shows that I never got into in the first season but you have to have seen season 1, like Alias and 24. And the DVD way rocks too b/c for shows like that they leave you hanging every episode so you can just directly watch the next one, and no commercials! (Although the cliffhangers have kept me up many a night b/c then I have to watch the next episode!)
