I am not of the opinion that the "Warriors" should be able to terminate his contract. Granted his off the court action and subsequent injury created by that action compounded with his lies in an attempt to cover it were wrong and the "Warriors" were and are well within their rights to suspend him without pay until he can return to the court and play up to the level within which they signed him on to play at. I also feel that any bonuses he was to have or has receieved should be taken away and repaid and when he is healthy and can play then renegotiate his contract at that time.

Well Monta was wrong for lying in the first place and if the accident clause is not in the contract it should be understood that he DOES NOT GET PAID UNTIL HE COMES BACK IN FULL HEALTH.

I agree with the suspension, but terminating the contract is going too far. IMO
