You know I didnt see Miami in there and they sure have  made an impression on alot of the experts as well as myself so i would have to put them in the mix as well.

I only included them on this poll, becauase they're in a three-way tie with Green Bay and Minnesota for first place in their division, which is a lot better than most people thought they would be before the season started. At least from what I saw on these boards.

OK People. I am wondering how you would put the Titans in your top 3 most improved teams since "last season" over the Jets. The Jets record last year was 4/12 vs 10/6 for the Titans. I guess "other" looks pretty good right now s o I will recant my pick of the Cards and will go with " Miami " over the Cardinals as well considering Miami was 1/15 last year and the Card were 8/8.

I'd really love to know how the Falcons are ranked higher than Tennesse on this list.

I bet it has nothing to do with the fact Tennessee was actually in the playoffs last year.

Oh, will the Browns ever be on a list like this? Haha...

Miami was my AFC other Choice also...My 3rd choice was the toughest though, I was between Baltimore and the NYJ...After that game with Dallas, I picked Baltimore.

Miami and Atlanta are really 1) and 1a). You could make a compelling argument for either of them to be most improved.

3) I'd have to go with Carolina.LAst year 7-9, 2-6 at home. This year, 11-3, 8-0 at home, and playing for home field throughout the playoffs this week. That's pretty dramatic improvement!

Common sence would say Tennessee shouldn't be even on here.  They were a above average team last year.  The Dolphins are by far the most improved team from last year but they weren't an option and im not gonna select "other"

Well, they had some good luck last year to get in, and got spanked really against the seahawks. This year they started out strong, had a couple of injury issues, if they hadnt had them, theyd be in a much better position. the stats can be deceiving. they have impressed me this year. If they are able to avoid injuries next season.... Look out............ And i dont even like the redskins, i cant stand them. But i will give credit where credit is due. ..... Noticed your a cowboys fan. Possibly a little biased against the skins since theyre a huge rival? They did beat yall in the first game while yall had your starters, and Felix Jones was there breaking off good runs. Skins are a solid team. But they couldnt catch some luck if they caught a lepherchaun (sp)

miami should be first on the list they were 1 - 15 last year and were lucky to win that game . they have a good chance to make the playoffs as a wildcard and possibly win the division .

The Cardinals haven't improved much this year from last year, they're playing at about .500 still, the only difference is that Seattle is doing terribly this year and that's why Arizona got the division.

They are MORE THAN in the hunt- they CONTROL their own destiny- period!  They hold the Tie Breaker against the Patriots as do the Jets and Ravens! But if Miami wins next week versus the Jets- they win the Division- period!!!  That would be the biggest turn-around in NFL history- I believe!!!  Going 1-15 one year to winning your division with 11-5 record the next??? Pretty impressive if you ask me.

#2 is Miami. Falcons are #1 because of the Vick situation, the rapid emergence of Matt Ryan, the acquisition of Michael Turner, and the improvement of the defense despite losing DeAngelo Hall.

Atlanta locking up a playoff spot w a rookie quarter back when nobody expected them to even be .500 how do you argue with that? no love for the Dolphins either on here?

In total agreement number1cubfan - as much as I hate to say it, the 'Fins are so much better than last year - I an really excited to see Pennington having a great season and hopefully making the playoffs over Farve and the Jets.

Atlanta and Matt Ryan have been totally amazing!

If he plays like this for another 10 years, he'll definitely get consideration.  But for all we know he could fall apart next year and be lousy.  Only time will tell.

I like your confidence and Matt Ryan is among a few upcoming QB's that have great potential to go on and have great careers ( Joe Flacco is another one), both of these rookie QB's are showing veteran skills while guiding their teams into or towards the playoffs. Unfortunately I cannot say that either one of them are guaranteed locks into the HOF and as Kramer stated "only time Will tell". Anything can happen to any player to end or sideline a promising career or the player is a bust even after having one good or great season.

true 1st year players tend not to do so well the second year and since he has done so well this year everyone coaches, fans, teammates,  everybody but coming in for Matt Ryan it was like that coming in the NFL so i think that he could still keep it up and will do alot more

yea i know anything could happen a good example is Warner/Lienart every body was like oh Lienart is gonna do great and all this stuff but second year where is he now bench but when he gets his shot and it will be soon he could be in the HOF too

They went 10-6 and made the playoffs. The Falcons had to deal with Vick and Hall, then they had to hope Ryan did at least ok and that Turner did too.
