I meant to pick Florida. Even though they lost to Auburn I think they are the best team. They beat themselves in that game. I would rank LSU ahead of Auburn as well. Somehow Auburn managed to beat them too. I just know, I saw what my Gamecocks and the Arkansas Razorbacks did to Auburn, and it wasn't too impressive.

I know LSU has the best defense in the country, but I'll have to give the nod to Tennessee so far.  The defense is there as usual, but that offense has suddenly caught fire under David Cutcliffe.  Both Cutcliffe and the absense of Clausen have improved that Tennessee offense by leaps and bounds.  They won't go on to win the East, though.

Granted I am biased--Auburn Grad--but I still think that Auburn may be the best team in the SEC. Traditionally we have a problem getting up for games that we are supposed to win handily. Flousc, you're right we looked abysmal against y'all and against Arkansas but against Florida and LSU we shut them both down completely in the second half. I think we can win out and with some help play for the conference championship in Atlanta.

No way auburn is the best. Squeaked one against the gamecocks and got dismantled by the razorbacks. Floirda is the best team. Bring on auburn again they dont want any of the gators. Come on Gators keep winning and you just may find your self playing in the national title game.

I gotta go with Arkansas. I wish I could say the Gators but their offense isn't that hot lately. I hear a lot about it being because they play top ranked d's almost every week but if that were true, what happened today?

I picked auburn just for one simple fact they lead the nation in wins over ranked teams but seem to struggle against unranked teams i am not taking anything away from fla. ark. LSU or tenn. after all this is a awesome league (SEC)

Arkansas has squeaked by too and also caught a lot of breaks in the SEC.
