2009 NFL Mock Draft Challenge: Fans vs Experts (Edited 04/25/09 01:30AM by Scott)
As we've done in years past, you can attempt to out-mock the experts in predicting the order of the 2009 NFL Draft.  All you have to do is this..... Select the player you think will be drafted at each spot for the top 30 picks.

We'll be submitting all the "experts" predictions and will score everyone's first 30 picks on draft day.

Here's how it works:

3 points for a correct pick
2 points if you were just one spot off
1 pt for two spots off

The top 3 winners of this poll will get a medal for their trophy case and they will stake their claim as the official NFL draft experts of fanIQ.

Couple of things...

Thanks to Chantelle, you can now keep up with any late breaking draft news and make as many changes or tweaks to your picks as you want up until the night before the draft.  Once this poll closes on April 24th at 10pm est, your picks will be officially submitted.

Second, anybody who wishes to submit any expert picks should wait until as close as the draft as possible.  We all know that between now and then, there will be many different versions of mock drafts and FanIQ would like the most recent and final mock drafts to compare to.

Thank You and Good luck to everyone

The Lions will draft Stafford #1.
I like the Rams go take Macklin #2, and re-energize the fan base and a re-emerging "greatest show on turf."

Seriously, though, i have no idea.!!

I made my picks as the most likely thought, but then again I am no mind reader, I been looking at each team and what they do need, of course in some drafts you never know what to expect.  I do see Sanchez slipping down to 10.  The 49ers are at 10 and this should also be a good fit cause with Alex Smith it is never certain. I do love my Giants but they now need 2 pieces of the puzzle. A WR now with Plaxico. With WR I would prefer they go in free agency with someone with experience. Instead of having to mold him in Coughlin's team. But if they go WR that is fine, I was hoping more for defense the first round.  WIth Kiwanuka and Pierce, and now Boley. That extra piece will compliment that already nasty defense.

I think Andre Smith is probably the smartest of the underclassmen in the draft for 1st firing his agent for a better one which will help him. Okay it looks like a problem but if you know you need more experience but you don't want to be drafted by a bad team and rather get drafted by a good team and have a chance of a better career wouldn't you something a little odd to try and make that happen. But if he does com out of the first round after all I see Philly grabbing him.
