Better -- but I don't think Romo is all that great, anyhow.  He plays like he thinks he's Favre, but doesn't seem to have quite the talent or feel for the game that Favre once had.

I think it will make him better - when TO was there, every time he snapped the ball he HAD to look to T.O. first b/c if he didn't he would hear about it. Now he doesn't have to worry about looking to one WR - he can look to an open WR (novel concept).

Yea...Romo couldnt find an open reciever if there were 10 down lineman on the feild. Romo's problem isnt he looks for someone first.....Romo's problem is he cant look away from his first option. Thus, why Ray Lewis called this Offense vanilla, Romo wont throw to someone who is coevered by less then 2 people, and when he tries, the football ends up on the ground cause he cant remember TO HOLD ONTO THE FOOTBALL......moron........

He will be worst, Owens just wanted win, I dont see why there ar so many against him who dont want to win if the man is open whats wrong with that same thing with moss aint nothing wrong with Moss I bet both of these players can catch that ball throw it up and see they will go get. How many more can you say that about.

That was refreshing comment from a Cowboys fan. Nice.

He will definitely be better! He was always worried about not pissing off T.O. and having to hear about T.O. whining "He doesn't throw me the ball enough." And, when he did get the freakin' ball thrown to him, he was a MORON! God I hate T.O. as a football player! Tony is a good QB. Is he as great as Brett? Hell No...can he with some more experience and people not being a cry baby on the team? Yes, he can. However, he does have to stop saying that just because they made the playoffs that is good enough they don't have to keep up the "groove" anymore. He needs to want to keep that original drive he has from day 1. And, keep it in his pants or something towards playoffs and keep his HEAD in the GAME and OUT of his Girlfriend!

Now he can focus more on the game and not that nagging baby oops T. O.  My god he was worse then a new born with his whining and crying. Someone change him and give him a bottle for pete sakes. The entire team is better off without him. Ladies please forgive me for saying this but he is worse then a nagging wife..

Tony Romo will get worst! I say that, because Terrell Owens was the only threat that we had at receiver. Yes he whinned like my little nephews, but he was the only thing we really had. Yes he dropped balls and didn't run complete routes, but when you look at his stats; who else on the team could compare? We still have a young receiving corps, but it is time to perform now. Roy Williams has a lot to prove, and so does the other receivers. It is do or die for a few Cowboys this year, or we will be rebuilding again. MArion Barber got a fat contract and so did Romo, and neither lived up to the dollar value either. Roy Williams is in the same boat. I am pulling for my boys, but I want results and I believe we should have kept TO for another year before releasing him.

I think there will be a drop off T.O. is nowhere near being one of my favorite players but he can make plays when he has the ball in his hands ... that will make any quarterback look better ... i think romo has a drop off but only a slight drop off ... also to those who think getting rid of T.O. will allow him to spread the ball ... not so much as jerry jones just paid roy williams to be a number 1 ... not a 40 catch guy .. so he'll expect 80-90 catches and the cowboys are a run 1st team with their 3 backs .. so romo will have pressure to put it in williams hands witten is his second option if they are both double covered then he'll look to 3-4-or 5

TO is a hugely talented receiver so it is sad to say that his leaving will make the QB better-but it is true. TO creates so much negative drama that it is hard for any QB to lead with him around (just ask Donovan McNabb).  It was especially hard for a guy like Romo.  I saw him on NFL network the other day--he already "sounds" better.
