Quincy Carter, Taverious Jackson, Byron Leftwich, Trent Dilfer. As far as QB ratings, Joey Harrington is rated the WORST QB in a career!

That website has a few errors with stats and such, for instance they list Joey Harrington as a #2 overall draft pick, he was actually selected 3rd.

I have to give a nod to any quarterback that was drafted before Brett Favre (Andre Ware, Dan McGwire, and Todd Marinovich)

Great call on Marinovich. He rivals Leaf and McNown for the greatest gaps between ego and talent.

David Klingler and Rex Grossman could be added to the list.

It should be noted that I have included Cade McNown, Kordell Stewart, and Rick Mirer on my list solely for their work with the Bears. Rex is the Bears QB of choice at #10. So, 4 out of 10 are Bears QBs.

David Carr finished a game with negative passing yards not once, but TWICE!!  I don't think he is getting the credit he deserves on this list...As for many of the other guys, I think failed expectations and potential have placed them higher in all of our minds.  A lot of these guys were Top 10 Draft choices who ended up really screwing over their teams, who share a lot of the blame by making really poor decisions.
1. Ryan Leaf  2. David Carr  3. Andre Ware  4. Todd Marinovich  5. Cade McNown  6. Akili Smith  7. Dan McGwire  8. Vince Young  9. Joey Harrington  10. Tim Couch

my other bears qb is henry burris. in a game against the bucs in 2002 he had a qb rating of like 10 or 11, or something really bad.  i'll just say he lost to rob johnson in that game.

I know some of these QB did get a bad start in the pro's. People never forget the ones screwed up with the wrong team and no lineman to stop the defense in getting them.
