But Santana pitches in the gauntlet known as the NL East. The NL West is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz boring. Adrian Gonzalez and Manny Ramirez then there's just everyone else. No Matt Holliday anymore. Honorable mention to Yovani Gallardo Felix Hernandez Johan Santana

#6 \| 143 days ago elevenbravo138again (+)	It's close Lincecum is having an amazing run, Johan is filthy and consistent, Zack Greinke has ridiculous numbers, what puts Roy Halladay over the top is that besides the 10-2 record, 2.79 ERA, 3 complete games, 1.086 WHIP, is that with runners in scoring position his ERA is 2.93, with a 0.87 WHIP, while allowing a .211 BA, for Greinke those numbers are 3.90, 0.83 and .202, for Lincecum the RISP numbers are: 7.31 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, with a .208 average against. If I am starting a team it's Lincecum #1 with Greinke 1A, but if I have to win 1 game now I'd have to take Doc who has more poise and experience in getting out of jams. I wonder why Edwin Jackson was not a choice? Roy Halladay

#12 \| 142 days ago memacutipi (+)	I honestly think that Dan Haren is one of the top pitchers, but since the Diamondbacks aren't winning any of their games, he has a really low winning average. And Webb is out right now because of an injury, so why is he even on the list? He got an injury early in the season. But he is only one of the many Diamondbacks players that is on the injured list. Oh, and back to Haren. Yeah, he should totally be on the list, but I am not exactly sure who really is the top pitcher, but he is doing great, and I thik that he is going to be one of the starting pitchers for the All Star Game, but I am almost positive that he is going to be a pitcher at the All Star Game.
