No, definitely not Tony's fault.  It was restrictor plate racing at it's best at one of the fastest tarcks.  The wreck last night is similar to the Edwards wreck/Keselowski win at Talladega earlier this season.  It was neither Tony's nor Kyle's fault.  Kyle was protecting his lead by blocking Tony, when Tony went low, Kyle blocked not knowing that Tony's right front was already there..thus Kyle basically got himself wrecked.  If he had let Tony get beside him....they might have been able to get a photo finish with either one in second.  As it was, Kyle chose not to and lost.  That's all there is too it, no blame, no foul, no nothing.....just restrictor plate racing.

It definately wasn't Tony's fault. K.B. was trying to keep T.S. from passing him. He went right up the track and put himself out.
Cry baby got mad and wouldn't talk to the media. He loses fans everytime he pulls one of those temper tantrums. And, that beautiful Sam Bass guitar he destroyed, OMG, I don't want to get started on that! Anyway, even though I'm a J.G. fan, Tony deserved that win.

No place to point a finger at. Both racers did what they was supposed to do, and thats give us NASCAR fans their moneys worth.
I dont think anybody here would say the last lap was boring. The fireworks started before the race ended.  Kyle and Tony are the reasons I watch NASCAR in the first place. They are about they only ones out there with the guts to race like that.

Nobody wants to win that way. Tony is just more experienced.

it was clearly Kyle Busch's fault...Tony had the spot and he came up to block and thatsd all she wrote...its as simple as 1+1 Kyle busch is to blame

It was racing! 2 guys trying to win a race and one of them made a mistake that took out a lot of cars!

no way

It was a racing incident and to an extent they were both at fault but it's tough to give out blame for an incident like this. To all of the really fair and impartial Kyle Busch haters though it would be Kyles fault whatever happened. I think some people on this site should try looking at things fairly for a change instead of just blaming Kyle for everything that happens in the sport thats against a driver who you like. All of the drivers in the series get involved in wrecks and incidents but they don't get the abuse that Kyle gets. He really does not deserve to be blamed for everything despite his poor atitude

it was racing at it's best......kyle was trying to protect the lead and tony wanted.......how can you get fault out of that.tony made a great move to get the nose of his car in there and kyle donr what every driver would do,has done, and will continue to do and that is to try and block tony.
#16 | 121 days ago

it was racing and was not tony,s fault kyle  is upset cause he did not win  i think joe gibbs needs to have a talk with kyle like use to do with tony
#17 | 121 days ago

Now Kyle is saying that Tony "dumped" him well i got news for you Kyle if you hadn't come up into Tony you would have never wrecked and probably finished 5th or so...better then 14th.....so really it is his fault for not holding his line....but of course he doesn't see it that way...its always someone elses fault and never his...does that sound familiar Kyle?also i think Joe Gibbs needs to sit Kyle down and tell him when and not when to open his mouth cause Kyle is making JGR look DUMB!

(Edited by rebelyankee55)
I have seen articles where Tony says, "that he and Kyle are on the same page".  Tony says that he and Busch talked Tuesday and they were both on the same page. (Yahoo Sports/NASCAR)   Also have seen the article mentioned above by Diablorain.  Makes me wonder, who's not telling the whole truth.   It can't be both ways.  Tony and Kyle are both on the same page or Kyle feels that Tony "dumped" him, not both.
Unfortunately, Diablorain has one thing wrong in his above comment; as far as I know, Joe doesn't manage JGR, yes he's the owner, but he gave the management of JGR to his son, JD.  And JD, appears to be lots different than his dad.  But, I'll bet that when Joe has enuff of Kyle he'll have a few words with JD about him.
