Long Island Ice Tea isn't too bad.  Straight vodka is pretty good too.

I have never understood drinking Red bull (an energy drink) with Vodka (a depressant).   What do you have to be saying to yourself when you drink it?  I love being drunk, but I hate being SO tired.  I want to be just awake enough to not miss me vomiting my guts out?  It puts me in Neutral which is the gear I want to be in.  Who knows, but it doesn't make a lot of since.

See...I gave you an easy way out and you just wouldn't let it lie.  A "favorite drink" poll isn't really the location for this...

Let's see, NAMBLA is one of the most vile, hated groups in America about which much has been mentioned in the media.  Oh, they are also based in San Fransisco.  In case you don't pay attention to the news (which I'm sure an ignoramus like you doesn't), there have also been at least two South Park episodes made regarding NAMBLA.

Therefore, you are truly ignorant if you claim to have never heard of them.  Or, even more sinister, you are claiming not to know who they are simply because you are hiding something (I suspect the latter).

Now before you and Nate continue on bashing me for being  "stereotypical, prejudicial, and offensive," please review the above thread.  I was making a simple joke (indicated by my smiley) until this jerk comes along and brings up "men, leather, and horses" and then calls me "ignorant" and a "freak"  So, who again made the stereotypical, insensitive comments?  Then again, you guys are probably boys, so I'll await the double-team...

First how did NAMBLA become associated with Bayareabeast?  Because he happens to be from the same place that organization is from?  Wasn't your initial joke some what a tongue and cheek way of saying San Francisco residents are gay?  So before you start getting defensive why not take a look at what you are saying?  The only boy I know of is the one that thinks poking at sexual orientations is something funny, and that it is also funny to stereo type people of an entire city.  Now if you don't mind, I would prefer to talk to people, that are worthy of my time.

You should put a smiley next to your name, you're the joke.

As far as your allegations of me knowing about this organization and pretending not to, or that I dont pay attention to the news, you are really laughable. I dont give a damn what you believe. You making reference to such a despicable disgusting oranization shows what kind of a person you are. Maybe next time you'll think twice about making a stupid remark about a geographic area, because someone responded and put you in your place. Your initial comment was ignorant, and intended to piss someone off or poke fun in their direction because of their geographic vicinity. Well I happen to reside in this area as well, and Im not gonna stand for it. You deserved any retaliation that was thrown in your direction, if you can't take it, don't try to dish it out.

Dude, who said I can't handle it?  I'm right here taking your feeble attempts at comebacks.  Your last line ("PHEW... I have never tried...") is probably the lamest quote I've seen on this message board.  I can't stop laughing...

If anybody needs to know how to "take it," it is you.  This is (predominantly) a sports message board.  If you can't take a few humorous jabs at your city, you need to pick up a new hobby.  Sports is all about ripping on opposing cities.

I haven't had an alcoholic drink in 25 years; I tended to break people, place and things...

But, when I did drink I tended to drink only one think about 60% of the time:

Glen Livet Scotch or Glenfiddich Scotch....on ice half the time; the other half with water.

Never a bar blend; other wise I went with a quality beer.

That's an exaggeration.  Though I guess it could be true for some.  My first experience with it, a friend of mine bought a pitcher of it,  he drank one glass, I drank the rest.  To be honest I was pretty drunk for it, but I was perfectly able to walk home.  I was also capable of taking on of the girls at the bar home too.  So that was my first Korea experience, which didn't happen until the end of the first week I was there.

The girls aren't really that much to worry about, that is more or less a rumor started by the US Military to keep GIs from sleeping with the Nationals.  On another note, the smell comes from the rice fields, though there are some areas that smell bad for other reasons, though only on few occasions is it sanitation.  The rice fields consist of water and manure and it's season is in the summer-so you can imagine the smell that is associated with that.

A lot of people seem to think diet soda goes better with liquor.  Something about less sugar in it... Iunno I never noticed a difference.

Warriors, come out and play. Warriors +10? Looks pretty good to me.

Thats what I thought... if by some miracle that little chode Avery Johnson does figure out a way to beat us, (which is not gonna happen) remember me for these words people:

If you are willing to declare something like that, for Gods sake have the balls to back it up. Words are meaningless. Any imbecile can sit here and type something and click the submit comment. Say things that you mean, things that you truly believe. I dont care if people poke a stick at the beast, matter of fact I enjoy it, but when I call people on their ridiculous crap and they tuck their tail between their legs and disappear, it shows they never had a business making that statement in the first place.

AND YOU GUYS WANT TO PLAY POKER WITH ME? LMFAO! ILL TAKE EVERY PERSON ON THIS SITE FOR EVERY PENNY THAT THEY HAVE. I HAVE NO DOUBT ABOUT THIS. PSYCHOLOGICALLY FEEBLE AND VULNERABLE IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE ABOUT 78.4% OF THE PEOPLE ON THIS SITE IM SORRY TO SAY.

I used to be a tech too, briefly. Decent job most of the time, except when the psychos show up and wonder why their pills aren't ready yet, when they dropped the prescription off 3 minutes ago, and there's a line of about 150 scripts waiting to be filled. I'm not sure if every pharmacy is as busy as ours was, but it was insane. Mostly because the local population was 70% retirees, IMO.

Try doing it on an army base, I have friends that did that job (they were in the Army) but you almost never saw them out.  Except for weekends because all army pharmacies with the exception of the one the Doctors use are closed.  If a prescription is give over the weekend the Doctor would usually give them what they need to have to get them through to Monday.

People don't want to wait anymore.  This is America, why wait?  Wait in line at a fast food resteraunt?  No way, there is a drive through.  Wait in line at a bank?  Two words online banking.  Wait for UN approval?  Pfft, you are joking right?  This is the USA, we don't need your permission to attack a fiend like Saddam Hussain.  Wait for someone to respond to my posts?  Whatever, put words in their mouth and make it look like by them not saying something they actually did.  Why on Earth would anyone want to wait in a Pharmacy?  This is the me now, you later, if it kills me country.  We don't wait for nothing.

HAHA If I had a nickel for every time I heard that....Glad to know I'm not the only person in the world who has wanted to hit them ....I have wanted to tell them on more than one occassion...."If it were that easy....you'd be doing it,  but you're not...so shut up "  I seriously hate people more and more everyday LOL...It's not those people I hate so much though....but I have a seriously low tolerance for stupid people LOL...I may snap one day and you'll see me on the news. " Pharmacy technician shoves bottle of Viagra up patient's a$$....news at 11"
I know what you mean... I worked for the Time Warner Cable for 18 months in the retention department... yeah, my job was to sell something to people they already have but don't like. I did some tech calls for TWC, too. So, I know all about having a low tolerance for stupid people. I have quite a few stories that are rather interesting displays of human stupidity. That job made me hate people more everyday, as well.

Yeah, I'll tell you story of the dumbest person I talked to if you tell me the story of the dumbest person you had to deal with.

This could be good

omg....I don't even know where I would start....I could actually group some of them together...It could be the people who swear they're allergic to generic medications...all of them regardless of the fact that no generic is the same. Or the people who tell me that their insurance has to cover their medication..because after all..their doctor wrote it...and the insurance has to cover any prescription the doctor writes .....my head spins with the possibilities...there are new ones every day

I worked for Hertz car rental, in the reservations department.  Countless times I have received calls where the person was angry at me because the location was out of cars, but that is nothing compared to the dumbest call ever.  I received a call from a person who complained the interior of the car smelled like gasoline, and they just refilled the gas in the car and the tank was still showing up empty.  They were absolutely furious that this car was so defective.  Believe me got an ear full that day.  As it turns out though, the poured 20 dollars worth of gas in to the back seat of the car.  They evidently weren't paying attention to what they were doing at was pouring gas into the rear passenger window.  When we discovered what happened you would think the customer would shut up and realize she was just a jack ass.  Nope, she was mad at me because the car should have been more 'idiot proof'.  Not her exact words, but I'll paraphrase, because this was after all a 2006 Ford Taurus.

Haha, well... the one that made me the most angry went down like this...

I was talking to this person who said their TV screen was blank and wanted someone out to take a look at it right away. I said that there were some steps I needed to take before I could send a tech out and that the earliest I could get a tech out was in a few days. Of course the person started freaking out and wanted to cancel their service. I was trying to help this lady out by going through troubleshooting steps, but she didn't want to hear it. Then all of a sudden there was silence. She says, "Woops, I'm sorry. My box wasn't on. Usually I turn off the TV and leave the box on." Then I ask her if there's anything else I can help her with and she says, "Yes, I want to cancel my service because you wouldn't send anyone out to fix my TV for a week." and I told her, "Ma'am, I'm not cancelling your service because you don't know how to turn on your TV. If there isn't anything else I can help you with that's cable related, I'm going to end the conversation now." She flips, swears for awhile, then hangs up. Of course, I get in trouble for this convo because I was supposed to do what she requested.

There was another one where a guy called in on christmas morning, I was pissed that I was working anyway, but he's like... there's a black box in the middle of my screen and I can't get it off... after 5 minutes of troubleshooting his TV, which I'm not supposed to do because it's not a "cable problem", he stops and says... oh, nevermind... my wife and kids taped a christmas card to the TV so that I would find it this morning.

It goes on and on

There really is no end to the stupidity that comes over the phone line at a call center.
