Was the old USFL just as good a league as the NFL

The NFL has been the top pro football league for many years. We have had Arena League, XFL, and now a new league being started.(Forgive me for not knowing the name of it.) But during the years the NFL had a lockout and the USFL came about and gave some pretty inspiring football play, players, and teams. The USFL gave me my first look at some of my favorite all time players.(Reggie White, Steve Young, and Jim Kelly) Was the USFL just as good as the NFL. Long live old OAKLAND INVADERS bumper stickers!!!!!

#5 \| 48 days ago Kmacnealy1 (+)	that league had better overall running and the wide open spread formations I believe, came from that league, so yes they were as good. Just look at the talent that left to become NFL hall of famers. YES
