Say what you want.
There are some who do not say what they want. Instead they mope around and try to make others feel bad. My question is:

Do you say what you mean or beat around the bush so someone will ask what you mean?

I just say it, and I also like a person that is honest and up front with me.

As you have probably seen in many of my comments i never beat around the bush about anything. Just look at my last poll. I held nothing back. Why beat around the bush when u can just say what the hell you are feeling?
#3 | 37 days ago

For me speak straight and stay clear in mind that will make others understand you, if not at first but sometime later they will get your point.

I always say what I feel,  When I die, it will probably say on my headstone " I can't believe you just said that"

You can't always say exactly what you want to say because of censorship either by you or others.

If I said or wrote everything that was in my mind, I'd be in a lot of trouble.

More power to those who can say EVERYTHING on their mind.

I generally say what I want, but sometimes what I say is so stupid I even try to PQ me.

Depends on what the topic is.

Sports, politics, religion, homosexuality, abortion, delicious animals/endagered species, etc. I got no problems.

Emotions or feelings and I'll shrivel up faster than a you know what in ice water.

I say whats on my mind.. Sometimes I need to learn to keep my mouth shut on some subjects... but I just can't!
Thats what usually gets me into trouble

It depends on the context. Here I'm likely to say what's on my mind. But to a parent, I'm not going to say, "You're kid's a lazy dumba**" even though that may be exactly what I'm thinking.

I always say what I want to say and I always mean what I say.
#14 | 37 days ago

I like to be a little indirect, it's more fun.

I don't feel I need to say every thing on my mind, after all who am I?  However, if it directly impacts me or my family, you better believe it.

AHHHHHHH you know what i think of this gosh darn stupid poll............ its pretty interesting, lol
#17 | 37 days ago

As most of you KNOW, I have NO PROBLEMS speaking my mind- or telling others what I think of them. If you are NOT looking for a truthful answer, then DON'T ask me- because you are gonna get the TRUTH as I see it, and the truth hurts sometimes.....

I shoot straight from the hip.  Not always a good thing ... people tend to either love me or hate me for it (luckily for me, I'm ok with either scenario  ).

I agree with you :o)

Straight to the point and bold.  Sometimes that makes people upset, but I dont think I should hide behind a keyboard.

I am willing to speak my mind in a forum on a website and in open discussion LIVE AND IN PERSON.
#21 | 37 days ago

People are always going to talk shit about you, no matter what you do. Just learn to take it.
#22 | 37 days ago

I have alway said a person rather hear a lie then the truth !!  BUT i for one tell it like i see it and if you are a true friend you will be honest and tell it like you see it

I usually avoid confrontation until the boiling point, which is probably a bad thing.  Wait, whats the question again?
#24 | 37 days ago

Personal life I am straight forward but in profession I have to be Diplomatic. ( Diplomatic means for me to beat around every bush were chances of result is less but in the mean time real me gets deep into for result. After all Boss is always right and he has full right to tell me which bush to beat or not? )

My mind to mouth filter is often non-existent.  I just say what I think.

On here...... I always try to be straight forward and say exactly what I'm thinking...... in personal relationships, I typically try to tread lightly, not wanting to hurt feelings although the older I get, the less I worry about hurting feelings......

I think if you ask any of my Friends they will pretty much tell you I will say what I think all of the time. Some Like it, some Hate it, and others just Blame the BEER.......

Let me start by saying this - THIS ......"                                                                     " Thank You !!! My words might not be those that are in my head -which is already as full as it can get!!
#31 | 36 days ago

I'm big believer in 'It is what it is'......but I don't say EVERYTHING that is on my mind, just what needs to be said in a given situation. If it pisses somebody off, so be it.....toughen up,buttercup.
#32 | 36 days ago

#33 | 36 days ago

Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Cause those that matter, won't mind and those that mind, don't matter.

"You're kid's a lazy dumba**"

There are probably parents, thinking this same thing about their child. Some of them are probably hoping that some teacher would just have the cajones to confirm what they already know to be true.

Vinnie, I agree, but it also keeps people away and that doesn't bother me either, at work during some of our pre-work meetings the boss will look my way and say "you're dont have a problem speaking your mind what do you think" and my responses are not always favorable, but who cares! I'm not at work to "make friends" work friends dont pay my bills or keep my job.
