Do you really hate me that much? (Edited 10/18/09 11:21PM by gearhead)

With Halloween just around the corner I thought I'd share an experience I had while taking my stepson around to trick or treat several years ago. His favorite nascar driver was Jeff Gordon, so he dressed as Gordon for Halloween. There were several people that hated Gordon so much they refused to give him any candy. So my question is is there a team or athlete that you hate so much you would not give someone dressed as them on Halloween a treat?

There are alot of players,drivers ect i do not care for in this world, but I WOULD NEVER EVER HURT A CHILD LIKE THAT..Damn those people, do you have to be so ruthless and cold harted to a child. That really P*** me of that -that even happened...What in the world is happening to are values and the respect that we are suppost to have for one another.. remember how we all stuck by each other when 911 happened, we all joined hands and worked and helped each other. We were all on one side.....D* those people to distroy those little childrens hearts, then you all wonder why we have so many people in this world that hate things and destroy. But even as bad as i hate both, if a kid liked them enough to dress as a team member i wouldnt hold it against him or her. They are kids, let them have there heroes and there fun. If its a kid that lives in my neighborhood and is generally a shit disturber, I may not give him/her as much candy as the rest of the kids, but I would never completely go out of my way to ruin some kids halloween experience because I am not fond of something to do with their costume.

He was on his way to a party, and had recently gotten out of the military. He didn't have any candy, but he didn't want to disappoint my boys. He went back inside and brought out 3 MRE's. My kids thought that was the coolest thing they had ever gotten for Halloween, and they still talk about it every year. Bet they don't think they are so cool if they join the military.

I do not know how and who or why this started putting pictures of themselves on a realtor business card. You could sell my home in one day but cause you look like my ex-husband/ex-wife/mother-in-law/girl-boy friend I do not like I will not call you or give you my business. Me as with more than one degree in business putting pictures on the realtors business cards is a no no in my study of proof and opinon. Or the realtor was not picked cause they looked like the killer in the daytime show who killed their favorite actor/actress, or the bad person on the show that they do not like. Its good to let the person hear your sale pitch 1st then to see your picture in lights or just on a business card 1st. Or you may look like the boss they do not like at work so just something to think about. No one

I am not a Michael Vick by any means and I do not condone the abuse and torture that he put those animals through. I also do not think he served enough time in prison for that crime, but that is something we have no control over. In time we will see it he meant all he said when he got out of prison. All those speeches he has to give on how he has changed. But for the kids, if they like the person and want to dress like them, let them...it is only for 1 night.
