I would buy the Phoenix Coyotes and relocate them to Las Vegas and give Vegas it's 1st Pro sports team. This would be BY FAR, the cheapest of all the franchises to buy and the easiest to move. Also Vegas already has a pretty decent ice rink that the Las Vegas Wranglers play in- in the Orleans Hotel/Casino!!

I'd take over the Nats...now that they have a legit #1 starter capable of winning the cy young in a few years in Strasburg...then it would be some full scale gutting...still, the kid stays healthy, a big IF in baseball, a guy throwing 103-105 isn't bad to build around, not to mention, draw a crowd at the old ballpark.

If by "pull a Jerry Jones" you mean win three super bowls and triple the worth of the team then I would do it.

I feel the Grizzles are the most "up-and-coming" of those teams, Mayo is a stud.
