Pot Pie is the BEST medicine
I don't always get hangovers when I over-drink (when I drink Rock Star or Red Bull or Monster & vodka, I'm good), but when I do, I have a never-fail cure:

1 Marie Callender chicken pot pie
1 Energy Drink (loaded with sugar & vitamins)
1 Propel or Gatorade
Lots of water

Works like a charm every time.

this has been my go-to since college, you have to catch it before it happens. When you get home and before you pass out, you make yourself a peanut butter sandwich. Preferably natural creamy or almond butter if that's your thing, with or without bananas, but if you're like me it's hard to say no.
You eat said sandwich and wash it down with 1/2+ gallon of water.

If I do not do said routine, I often times wake up feeling miserable. In that instance, I find some pedialyte and start drinking. Then I get on the exercise bicycle in my living room and do a few miles to sweat out the toxins. Then go find myself the greasiest most delicious breakfast I can. The higher the number of different animal proteins, the better

I take a LOT of water before I go to bed.....16-32 oz of water.  I also take a few tylenols....but since I graduated from college and med school, I learned that it's the dehydration that gives the hangover stuff

I have a hockey hangover, because the KINGS are a great team!

Water before bed, plus a big bottle of water beside the bed so I can drink it if I wake up thirsty but not wanting to move.

In the morning, if I'm a little rough, water, water, water, and a banana.

Then lunch, usually a greasy hamburger and an energy drink.  Water throughout the day.  Haven't had a rough day like that in a while, though, thankfully

When you first wake up in the morning drink three to four Bloody Marys, then work into 5 or 6 microbrews, and 5 to 10 shots of Padron. Repeat daily as necessary. It should keep the hangovers at bay. Of course it could create other problems, like wondering why you keep waking up naked in your front yard every day.
