Lebron James takes over Game 5. Video of all 29 out of team's final 30 points

Just in case you hadn't heard it enough: 29 out of Cleveland's last 30 points, the last 25, 7 of the Cavs 13 assists. Do you realize how ridiculous that is?

We'll be watching this one with our kids in 15 years on ESPN Classic 4. For those who either missed the game or don't want to wait that long, here's the video of Lebron James last 29 points. I could do with the cheesy music which took away from the true atmosphere. The best aspect of the performance was the stunned disbelief of the crowd, which mimmicked most living rooms across the country.

Biggest 'Wow' moment for me was the fading to his left three pointer to tie the game at 107 in OT. That's not his shot. We've seen the dunks before, we've seen him penetrate to the hoop, but an Onions! fade-away three too this to a holy s--- level.

For games that you've personally watched, where do you rank this performance?

The only two that I can remember to put with it would be Magic's 42 point, 15 rebound, 7 assist game playing CENTER, filling in for Kareem, who was out with an injury, and Jordan's 38 points when he had the flu so bad against Utah.  I'm glad I got to see it, and since it's fresher in my mind, I'll go with LeBron's game, because that was just video-game crazy!!  29 points in 16 minutes--WOW!!

This was one of the great performances that I have watched here is how I would rank the single best performances that I have watched (live or on TV):

1.  Tiger Woods @ the Masters in 1997.  Total dominance.

2.  Lebron's Performance last night

3.  Jordan (pick one), I choose the game against the Jazz when he was sick and still won them the game, for some reason that sticks out in my mind.

4.  Kobe's 81.  I know it was a regular season game but 81!

5.  Kerry Woods 20 K game in 1998.  For that night he was as good as any pitcher has ever been.

What's up Fat?!

The game wasn't as crucial, and he did his damage in the 1st half, but that Jordan game against Portland "the shrug" when he hit 6 first half 3's, scoring 35 total. That was special. I think I'd put Jordan's 63 on Boston in his early years '86 in the playoffs above this one. Of course I don't remember watching that.

What's up CF?  I'm just living the life in the Nation's Capitol.  Sorry it's been awhile since a post, I took a vacation.

I disagree about the 63 for two reasons: 1) he lost 2) I didn't watch this one.

The considered the Portland Shrug game which was special.  But if you remember he cooled off big time towards the end of that game.  The Jazz game where he was sick was dominant end to end.

I would also like to nominate Kobyashe (sp?) record setting performance in the 2005 Nathan's hotdog eating contest.

damn.... that was impressive-- even better than any Reggie Miller game-ending performances in the past playoffs-- about time Lebron started coming up big!

After that, can anyone argue that LeBron isn't the best player in the game today?  Unbelievable.  We are getting to watch a special player...and he's only 22!  If he keeps this up for another 15 years...my god...
