About Me

100% Complete Bio
I'm one of those guys that watches my Philly sports when I'm home. Any of the 4 major sports that are on. Not a Nascar fan at all. I'm inbetween colleges. I went to Millersville University of PA and will be transferring to West Chester University most likely. Kind of mad because I can't play sports recreationally anymore. I blew out my knee and broke my neck in a car accident about 4 years ago and I don't think those things are worth re-injuring. Especially my neck. I'm usually pretty good when it comes to March Madness. I've won first or second place in my pools each of the past four years so I'm always winning $ every time. I'm a Syracuse and a Villanova fan, even though they're in the same conference. It's easier to be that way than say an Eagles and Giants fan for example.
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 165
Bats: R
Throws: R
Schools: Henderson High School, Millersville University
Relationship Status: Free Agent (Single)
Kids: none
Occupation: student and customer service coordinator.
Companies: Home Depot, Stein Mart, Giant, Jenny Craig
Places I lived: Millersville, PA, Albabny, NY.
Greatest Moment in Sports:I'd have to throw the 1980 US Hockey team over Soviet Union in there. It was a bunch of amateur college kids beating the top team full of pro players.
Greatest Event in Sports:Super Bowl
Greatest Athlete of All Time:Wow. I really don't know. I don't think you can compare different athletes from different sports.
Greatest Coach of All Time:John Wooden or Red Auerbach most likely just based on how many titles, especially consecutively, they won.
Most Fanatical Moment:Nothing too crazy. I do normal things like tailgate or just watch games from home. I guess probably the fact that I've been close to crying in the past from disappointing Philly moments.
My Sports Superstitions:I don't have any.
Most Disappointing Sports Moments:When Mitch Williams gave up the World Series winning home run to Joe Carter or the Eagles' Super Bowl loss to the Patriots.
Fantasy Sports I Play:NFL, MLB
Fantasy Skill Level:I've done football twice and did well once and poorly another time. I did baseball once before and finished 3rd out of 10. I have three fantasy baseball teams this year.
Sports I Play:Baseball, Basketball, Bowling, Football, Video Games
Nickname:Slasher
Current Skill Level:I was a good baseball player. I played 3rd base and centerfield, sometimes left field. I was a contact hitter with some power. A line drive hitter for the most part. One of my all star teams won our district though. We stomped everyone. I wasn't very aggresive when I was younger and played basketball in leagues but that changed when I got older and was playing with friends. I'm your typical white boy basketball player but I can defend.
Highest Organized Level:Senior league baseball.
Athletes I've Played With/Against:None that went pro as far as I know. Rip Hamilton played against my high school when I went there though.
Sports Trophies/Awards:I have a bunch of baseball trophies and some basketball ones. Usually team championship trophies but I also have that all star tournament one.
Career Highlights:Probably when my all star team won the district.
Career Lowlights:My first year of baseball but I was 8. That's the only time I sucked though.
Sports Injuries:Nothing very serious.
Games I Usually Attend:Phillies and Flyers although I haven't been to a Flyers game in a few years now cuz my pops dropped the season tix.
Greatest Sporting Event I've Attended:An Eagles vs Giants game I went to where the Eagles pooped on the Giants and various Flyers games. I was at one game where the Flyers had a brawl against the Sabres and Garth Snow came out of the crease to the middle, grabbed Rob Ray, and started uppercutting him. From the time the fight started until play had resumed an hour had passed. I was also at the game where a drunken fan knocked down the penalty box glass and fell in and got beat up by Ty Domi. Hilarious.
Sports People I've Met:Rip Hamilton came to my work once. Other dudes only for brief seconds in autograph lines. Like Randall Cunningham who dropped my pen when I was like 9 and I didn't get his autograph.
Sports Figures from my Hometown:Matt Schaub (Starting QB for the Houston Texans). Not sure who else. Pat Devlin, QB for Penn State. He will be a sophomore this year and he broke state records set by Joe Namath, Joe Montana, and Dan Marino. He is from my current town.
Most Prized Sports Possessions:The jerseys I have.
Sports Trading Cards:I seriously have a bunch of baseball cards from 1957 and 1958 worth a ton. I'm talking about Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Warren Spaughn, Roberto Clemente, like all of the big names from those years.
Athlete Autographs:Signed Troy Vincent jersey, Rip Hamilton, Vaughn Hebron, some Eagles backups, not much.
Favorite Sports Collectibles:I have this cool framed poster which is all 4 TV Guide covers put together when the Flyers made their 1998 Stanley Cup run. Each cover has a different Flyer of the time; Rod Brind'Amour, John LeClair, Mark Recchi, Eric Lindros.
Dream Sports Job:Sports analyst/broadcaster
Favorite Jerseys:My signed Tory Vincent Eagles jersey, Reggie White Eagles throwback, Chase Utley jersey, Brian Dawkins jersey.
Favorite Sports Brands:Champion, Nike, Reebok, Under Armor, Converse, Puma, Adidas.
Favorite Ballgame Foods:Cheese Steak or hoagie.
Beer of Choice:Sam Adams, Amstel Light, Yuengling.
Hottest Athletes:Maria Sharapova, Anna Kournikova looked nice. I don't know of any others but some lady gymnasts or figure skaters can look very nice.
Ugliest Athletes:Wow, the whole WNBA, Sam Cassell, Tyrone Hill, a lot of lineman in the NFL, Lyle Odelein, many more.
Favorite Sports Announcers:Harry Kalas, Al Michaels, Marc Zumoff, Mark Jackson, Pat Summeral, Marv Albert.
Least Favorite Sports Announcers:Joe Theismann, Bill Walton, a lot I can't recall names of right now.
Favorite Sports "Experts":Mike Golic and Greenberg, Ron Jaworski, Tony Kornheiser, Mike Wilbon, Woody Page, etc.
Least Favorite Sports "Experts":Merril Hodge, Michael Irvin, Mel Kiper, Jr., Deion Sanders, etc.
Favorite Sports Movies:Happy Gilmore, Water Boy, Caddyshack, Major League, Talladega Nights, etc.
Favorite Sports Books:I read that book TO came out "Catch This." Liked it before he ruined things in Philly.
Favorite Sports Websites:fanIq, ESPN, philadelphiaeagles.com, philles.com, philadelphiaflyers.com, nfl.com, mlb.com, comcastsportsnet.com, si.com.
Sports Video Games I Play:EA Madden Series, EA College Football Series, NBA 2K Series, Tiger Woods PGA Tour, FightNight Series
Video Game Skill Level/ Playing Style:Once I play a game for a little while I usually get pretty dominant at it.
Favorite Sports Video Games:Madden, EA College Football games, 2K basketball and hockey. I like Fight Night/Knockout Kings games. Tony Hawk Pro Skater/Underground should count and those R great.
Non-Sports Hobbies and Interests:Video games, booty time.
Movies:Shawshank Redemption, Green Mile, Goodfellas.
TV:Family Guy, Prison Break, 24, Seinfeld, South Park, always Sunny in Philly.
Music:Classic rock, some metal like Pantera, some rap but most new rap sucks.
Video Games:Metal Gear, Medal of honor, Call of Duty, Resident Evil, etc.
