Why I am a fan:

This is a team that has always played with heart. They won the national championship just a few days after I was born, so I was destined to be a fan.

Beating Pittsburgh & Marquette in the same week, giving Texas A & M a run for their money in the Big Dance; but the BEST moment was beating West Virginia in a come-from-20 pts. behind victory in the 2005 tourney ON MY BIRTHDAY

After studying Steeler history, especially from the 70's, I couldn't help myself. I fell in love with them in the 80's, even during hard times. This is a team that plays with alot of grit, and I can appreciate that.
