There's no doubt that HOF players get calls. In the 90's if you breathed near Michael Jordan, that was a foul, if you coughed near him, that was flagrant. I'm sure Tom Brady is playing the media a little bit.

Like Iowa, Notre Dame has barely beaten several average teams. They should be thrilled to only have 3 losses. Navy dominated that game today.

I can't tell if Manny has lost a little bit, but this is probably a really good economic decision for the Dodgers (Manny-Land), but an iffy baseball decision.

The only big difference I see between MLB and the NFL (for example), is that the 10 worst teams in baseball are likely to be the 10 worst next year. In the NFL, you seem to be guaranteed a few surprises each year.

Nothing Urban Meyer does surprises me anymore. Since he risked Tim Tebow's life this year, I expect irrational behavior from him. When a coach doesn't take brain injury seriously, what else can you say about him.
