Why I am a fan:

Let me start this with I've been a Nascar fan (Rusty Wallace was my driver) for over 20 years. So I have to admit when Tony first came to Nascar I didn't think he belonged, he was an open wheel driver, he was too cocky, he had an attitude, but the boy could drive. LOL, any of that sound familiar! Well when Rusty retired at the end of the '05 season I didn't know who I was gonna root for, and for the first half of '06 I didn't root for anyone, but I started finding myself rooting for Tony, he had proven himself in the sport and I'd come to like and actually enjoy the things he did and said. Say what you want, he tends to be able to back up whatever he puts out there. So I really hope he hangs around for alot longer, losing your fav and having to find someone else isn't something I want to have to repeat any time soon!
