We actually encourage our moderators to speak their minds about changes on the site. I'm not sure if I've already mentioned in this poll, because I've said it all over and I'm losing track - but the Respect thing will be revisited if, after given a chance, it doesn't seem to be working. Whether that means the limit will be raised or another type of system will be added/mixed in/etc. I don't know. But, it will be discussed and if needed, there will be a solution. Also, good news - the fix has been pushed through for the Respect that has been disappearing. Heck yea - I prefer the canned cranberries myself! Actually one year one of our friends (a single military guy, no less) brought the Turkey. That sucker was beautiful and delicious! I swear he must have had someone come over and cook it for him before he came over. Anyway it had fresh whole cranberries garnishing it, with rosemary sprigs etc. He said he baked it with the cranberries...and then we used those to make the sauce. It was amazing. Hi John - Your friend who was deleted for selling his product; I'm not required to reopen anyone's account who gets removed. When I offered to reopen his account, I did so because I wanted to give him a second chance. I feel I need to clarify a few things. In cases which people violate the Terms of Use and/or the Code of Conduct, they are subject to account removal without warning or explanation. That is stated in both documents. Most of the time a warning is sent to a user for breaking the rules (several, in the past, before the new code of conduct was implemented) before removal. In cases where someone was selling their product; we have a lot of spam on this site and it is removed immediately. When people join the site they agree to follow the rules. If those rules aren't followed, they risk removal from the site. I'm not sure exactly what's unfair about that. The rules are clear. As for you being in the top 1,000; you removed your account before the end of Season One, which would have been fine had you come back before the end of the season. However, you didn't come back until Season Two was implemented. Since you were not a member of the site at the moment of the change, your information did not carry over. Hi Jim! If you've noticed in the polls, people like myself, 100%injuryrate, Pat, guylake, and even Ty have been responding to questions and concerns. Is there something specific that you wanted to address that hasn't been answered that you've seen? Regarding Respect: We are giving this a chance for various reasons. If we find that it doesn't work for everyone, we'll consider alternative options that will benefit the entire community; whether that be implementing some sort of hybrid system or raising Respect, or any other of the multitude of ideas that have come forward. Also - regarding people losing their Respect when they haven't given out their total 10 - it's been investigated and it's being fixed right now. If you have any questions, we're glad to help. I will say though, a lot of thought and work went into implementing a virtual currency that we could actually use for something other than bragging rights. I personally think it's going to be a lot more competitive and fun to bet on games against my friends, and I know that the Respect I get will actually mean something now. I sure hope so. Having Tatupu and Jones out on IR doesn't help but the defense is still relatively strong when they play to potential, and if the offense can get into a rhythm fast (and use that home field advantage) I think they will do ok. I don't want to be too cocky though because I usually end up eating my words. So I'll just hope and pray ;)I sure hope so. When my husband's not on duty, we do a big dinner at our place. We invite everyone from wherever we're stationed, with their families if they have them and have a potluck. I usually do a lasagna, two pumpkin pies, and I always make a green bean casserole because I don't like cream of mushroom soup (I use cream of chicken instead). I also make my homemade salsa and have all sorts of chips and a veggie tray. Usually we have someone we're sure is coming bring the turkey and/or ham, stuffing, and then everyone else can bring whatever types of food they want. It always ends up being really delicious, fattening, and fun. We alternate lazing around eating and watching football with actually going outside and playing a game amongst ourselves and one with the kids. When he is on duty, we eat down at the station with everyone. The food's usually decent; they deep fry a turkey, which I could probably never do. lol actually I'm not huge on cheesecake but almost everyone else I know is, which is why we usually have one at our Thanksgiving parties. No such decision was made. As a matter of fact, Ty's quite fond of the Locker Room and would never get rid of it. Folks, please keep in mind a few things: 1) You are not required to spend money on anything here. If you choose to buy more Q bucks, you have that option. However, you can also earn them too. 2) Sites this big require some sort of funding to keep running. We at FanIQ are doing everything we can to make that part of things fun for you guys rather than plastering ads all over the place. 3) The Locker Room is a huge part of the site, and as such we want the highest quality stuff in here to get recognition as well. If the Respect thing doesn't work (after giving it a chance), things could always change. I know change is hard to get used to. I know people are upset about losing their points and ranks, etc. But we couldn't actually do anything with those points. At least with this virtual currency we can actually spend it somehow, and we can earn more. No such decision was made. As a matter of fact, Ty's quite fond of the Locker Room and would never get rid of it. Folks, please keep in mind a few things: 1) You are not required to spend money on anything here. Actually, it does take money to run a website like this and so far FanIQ has been able to keep the ads on here to a minimum...the site has to be funded some way, so it's not really money for someone else's pocket; it's money to keep the Q running :)

I'm pretty much an open book so there's not much that people don't know about me; but I'll reiterate the stuff people DO know; let's see... I'm a Starbucks addict, and I love candy. I LOVE Skittles, Starburst, and pretty much anything else somewhat tangy/sour and sweet. I make the best homemade salsa I've ever tasted, if I do say so myself. I make the best vodka lemonade (blended) I've ever tasted, if I do say so myself. I'm a huge hockey and football fan, I also like baseball and college basketball. OH! Something nobody knows yet cuz I haven't told anyone, because *I* just found out; I have to sing in the chorus of a play I'm dancing in next week. Everyone knew I was dancing; but I just found out I have to sing too. Actually the moderators had nothing to do with the changes - they're along for the ride just like the rest of you :) Just like the other areas of the site, the Locker Room will get better too. Soon it will have a cool page just like the rest of the team pages, and there will be featured hotlinks, blogs, etc. I promise - there will be improvement here too! And...imho...I'm not quite sure that the Locker Room was perfect as-was. We had a lot of problems with the PQ button and people getting upset with that among other things. There will still be polls and forums to crack jokes, have fun...just the BEST quality will be more prominent now rather than accolades for one word mediocre comments and undeserved PQ's now. We're still building and improving.
