Agree 100%. If you could see progress and be competitive in most games, then there might be hope. But for now there is no hope and no signs of hope in the future under this management.

Best equipment, one of the best teams and you still can't get it done. Maybe its time to look inward and find out who's really to blame. The crew chief isn't on the track driving so he can only make the car better and get the right set up, when he gets the right info from the driver and this is were I think the problem lies. I think Jr. has the the skills to be a good driver but lacks the fundematals of communication to become a better one.Best equipment, one of the best teams and you still can't get it done.
