    About Me:I am an avid MLB fan, born and bred a Cardinals die-hard. Actually remember listening to Jack Buck as a youngster sitting on my grandparents porch. I do like the Royals (the closest pro team) and am impressed with their young talent and have some high hopes for them this season. Enjoy most sports. Baseball, NFL, and NCAA tourney my faves. But if there is sports on, I will watch it over about anything else. About me otherwise, I am married to a wonderful sports fan, Tracy, and we have a lovely 3 yo girl, Logan.     I totally understand.  The problem with the voting is that it consist of only sanctioned people to vote, which I believe are mainly sportswriters and living Hall of Fame players.  Fans have literally no input as to who is voted in, which I feel is somewhat of a travesty.  I am not say (more)

    There should have been at least 3 others inducted this year.  I firmly believe that both Jim Rice, Andre Dawson, and Lee Smith were dominate players in their era of baseball.  I also strongly feel that McGwire deserves to be in the HOF.  I am fully aware of the allegations, and person (more)
