I guess I'll add my two cents in. I've been here almost since the beginning. A fantasy game has been requested many, many times. At some point, we'll be able to wager real money as you can see. The Q Bucks system exists so you can still play the game without playing for actual money. If you don't want to pay for Q Bucks, you don't have to, as certainly no one is making you. I, for one, have intention of doing so. The gift thing to me seems like a fun, fairly innocuous thing to do, an addition to the fan actions. Not really sure it's worth getting bent out of shape about. Also, the features of Season One are still here. The polls are still here. Trivia is still here. Quizzes are still here. The Locker Room is still here. The sports content is still here (and will hopefully be even better soon when the Team Pages get ramped up). Yes, fantasy is being heavily hyped now, but it's new and a big part of the future of this site, so that's to be expected. The ranking thing: Think of this way. This is an entirely new season. When a new sports season stars, the stats are set back to zero. That's what happened here. Now someone else has a chance to be #1 (although I still have my money on Scott). Rankings are still being accumulated for quizzes, trivia, and pick 'em. I'll suggest now that in a few weeks, after we've had time to accumulate, that the rankings be more visible again. Finally, the respect thing can be changed, after, as Jess has said multiple times, it is given a full trial run. Less than a week doesn't constitute a full trial run. I personally like because in the old system, the way to the top comment somewhere was posting early and/or being the most popular poster, regardless of what was actually said. Maybe as a continuation of the respect thing, number of top comments in season two can be tracked and ranked as well. In the end though, please understand that this has been worked on for a long time. It's not going away. It can be tweaked based on (respectful) member feedback, and I'm sure it will, but the new system isn't going away.I guess I'll add my two cents in. I've been here almost since the beginning. OK, here's what annoys me. The assumptions. What do you mean by "like she drives in the IRL." Do you watch IndyCar races? If not, why are you commenting on her driving style, since you obviously wouldn't know in that case? Other than the occasional gripe that every driver gets hurled towards them on occasion, I've never heard any massive grumbling about Danica's driving (and if someone is complaining, it's usually Marco, who's as big a whiner as you all think Danica is). Castroneves has said previously that he has no problem running wheel-to-wheel with her. This whole "she's non-competitive in IndyCar" meme doesn't make sense either. A non-competitive driver does not finish 5th in points. A non-competitive driver does not have 2 top 5s and 4 top 10s in 5 career Indy 500 starts. I know she doesn't compete for wins a lot, but she's still an above-average to good driver, and not the scrub some make her out to be. If you're gonna hate Danica, fine. I'm not a fan myself, but don't make criticisms up or heavily exaggerate them, especially if you don't watch IndyCar and thus has never actually seen her race.OK, here's what annoys me. OK, the Q going down helped me chill a bit, so to say more calmly: This is was going to happen. It was inevitable, even though the slog was certainly tedious to annoying to all involved (I say that from both sides). All that's really left to do now is to see what happens. While I've never been much of a fan of Danica (that is to say, I haven't), I can't say I'm not rooting for her to shut the haters up, same as I root for all the former open wheel drivers. For IndyCar, I'm not sure it matters in the end.
