Update --- My wife is out of the hospital and seems to be doing well. My sincere thank to all the friends & well wishers who have kept her in their prayers & thoughts. Listen you fat toad, you are the one who threw the first stone with your "fool" remark; I make one off-hand joke & you insult me. Just because I don't let delusional lunatics such as yourself besmirch me without a parry & counter of my own doesn't make me a "persecutor." By the way, there is one exercise that you can do while awaiting back surgery that will be of benefit.... it's called the "push-away". Take away all rules & then who wins ? .......... Which was the whole point of what used to be called NHB. The original ethos of MMA was to learn what the truth was with regard to human combat in an unarmed environment.
