I think the only person in the garage who can get hot enough to really stay with Johnson and Knaus when they are at their best is Kyle Busch. What the 48 team is about to accomplish is almost unthinkable. Are there any doubts that they could 5 in a row next year? My mind nearly exploded at the thought. I am not an Ohio State fan. However, that is somewhat true. Pyror hasn't been what Tressel and many other were hoping he would be. His three years of arbitration start this season. I'm guessing the Giants realize they can't lose him and sign him to a contract that "buys out" at least a year or two of his free agency.

Ultimately, a pretty boring silly season. I do think that this is probably McMurray's best fit though. Ganassi has that team doing pretty well and nearly all of McMurray's non-plate success came with Ganassi.

Carpenter would've had my vote, but Lincecum had a great season as well. It'll be interesting to see how much he pulls in arbitration because he could easily argue he's the best pitcher in baseball.
