John Gruden's brother Jay would be a better fit here. He has a great offensive mind, & is excellent at developing young players especially QB's . He was the head coach of Orlando in the arena league, who won the championship several times. He has NFL experience as the offensive assistant for the Bucs , & is currently the head coach of Florida of the UFL who lead the league in passing & other offensive catagories. He is truly a up & comer who will be snagged next year by somebody bet on it. plus the added advantage of John's advice & mentoring, not that I think he needs it . Maybe they can get Bartel back from Jacksonville, he knows this joke of an offensive system from preseason. Then again , he's probably happy to have escaped from Mangini's rule. I wouldn't want to go back there either.

That talented secondary of the Bronco's just added Ty Law , don't know if he will be playing this week though. I'm thinking he might show up in nickel & dime packages. This game should be a great one, turnovers will be deciding factor.
