Yes my dad has 2 brothers that are gay. Ive been raised around them all my life and never worried about it personally. But every holiday with the (FAMILY at grandma's) one of them had 2 lesbian friends. These 2 ladies would show up uninvited every time. They seemed to think they where part of the family the way they acted. It made it hard for me if I had a friend with me to introduce members of my family and then have to explain who these women where. And it took a way from our Christmas made everyone quiet and reserved. So as I got older I would call first to see who was there. My Grandma ask me why and I told her if they where there I'd wait to come over. She let me know she wished they weren't there too, but that they where my uncles friends. And my Dad well hes like Larry the cable guy and Wilford Brimley mixed into one package and so much fun. So you know about what kind of jokes he had for them.Yes my dad has 2 brothers that are gay.
