We never run out of hot water. We installed a tankless water heater that makes it on demand. 80% more efficient than a standard unit. Love it, can't recommend it enough.

I am still looking for a new job. My car job doesn't produce income for me, just perks. La de da- I will be cleaning house after this crazy weekend all day. Surf is up for the last 5 days, so probably will go collect trash because that was cut from the town budget so the beach gets to be a mess. Also paying attention to Hurricane Ida, my son in law is working in New Orleans until Christmas , so we are on guard.I am still looking for a new job.
