Professional players giving a damn to get better and get called up to the AHL

Favorite Moments:
|
The Royals were short-handed against the Wheeling Nailers. Mac Faulkner gets the short-handed breakaway attempt. In the process of shooting, he is hooked around the neck and the shot misses. The ref points to center ice and crowd goes nuts. Mac takes the puck and goes down ice, loses control, manages to slap at the puck enough to slide it through the 5-hole, making the score 1-1. It gave the Royals a much needed spark to score the next 3 goals and win the game.

Why I am a fan:

In a week vacation, I got a free ticket to the Ice Dogs when they were in the IHL. Great seats and great game.

Favorite Moments:
|
My wife and I went to see the Ice Dogs play the Reading Royals in Reading. It was our first hockey game we saw together. It was a great game. The Ice Dogs won 6-5. I also became a Reading fan as well, because their fans are rabid.
