1. Have a replay system that is extremely fast and constantly monitoring every play. 2. Two referees, one on each half of the field. Two extra assistant referees. 3. Cards and goals can be given or taken away on reviews. 4. Severe fines and suspension are needed. With all this being said, here is how this controversy could have been avoided. The extra ref and assistant ref would have seen the offside and called it. The handball would have been null and void. If they choose to ignore it. Review is automatic and the goal is taken away and Henry is given a red card. After the match, Henry is given a fine and a match suspension. The referees are also fined and suspended. You have to start punishing refs as plays tend to be ignored due to playing favorites. Hit all where it hurts the most, the wallet.1.
