Started listening to games with my dad at age 9 ('66) have followed them ever since.

Favorite Moments:
|
Seeing Mays play live for the first time as a kid in '68, Marichal pitched that day also. Jack Clark hitting home run to cost the Dodgers the pennant in '85, World Series '89,'02. Bonds breaking records, Lincecum and 2 Cy Youngs.

Began watching on tv in'67been a faithful ever since God Bless you Bill Walsh developer of the west coast offense.

The catch, first superbowl victory, The drive in '88 to beat the Bengals. Seeing Steve Young get the monkey off his back in the '95 Super Bowl.

Started in '82 when Joe Kapp came back to coach and they began to have some success with the program.

Beating SC in 90's when Snyder was coach, first bowl game in many years under Kapp in 80's, The play vs. Stanford (of course)

Why I am a fan:

I grew up in Fresno and have always followed the Dogs, always thought this was the one sport they could become prominent in, but it takes a back seat to the national titles won by the baseball and women's softball teams.

Battles with Tark and UNLV in the 80's, NIT title in '83, all the years we had Tark, not much good has happened since.
