#2 \| 800 days ago soxfan90 (+)	That's TERRIBLE. No excuse. Almost as bad as last year's Oklahoma/Oregon game.

#3 \| 800 days ago clemsonkid (+)	I honestly believe the people in charge of the BCS paid off these officials so they could avoid having to take a 2 loss team in the national title game. I'm glad Pitt won and I hope those refs get fined or punished in some way. Absolutely inexcusable.

It would have been great to have the first call too. It called back a "dagger in the heart" touchdown, and the video replay was closer and you could clearly see nothing even close to holding. The flag also came very late (after the TD signal if I recall correctly). This from a defensive back who always gives the defense the benefit of the doubt! I wasn't thinking conspiracy, but the NCAA needs to look into this one.
