This is a good friend of mine named Rick D'Elia. He is a tremendously funny stand-up comedian who is from Boston and currently lives in Reno. He performs all over the country and this video is one of his signature routines. Rick has written for the "Tonight Show" (or is it he wrote TO the "Tonight Show") and has been in the business for over 15 years. Like I said, he's a good friend of mine and his act is very funny.
